On June 12 we held our first session of the Expanded Table of Diversity an Inclusion 2023, an instance organized by the corporate team to share best practices, experiences and review future challenges in this area for Ultramar and its Business Units.
We reviewed the Conversation with our Director Alejandra Mehech, our participation in the Labor Inclusion Fair for People with Disabilities and the planning for the rest of this year.
We also had the participation of Sagres, Brazil, who shared with the attendees the path they have taken in recent years in terms of Diversity and Inclusion.
This action is in line with our Diversity and Inclusion Policy, which seeks to promote and maintain a work environment and culture with equal opportunities, rights, and responsibilities, free of any type of discrimination, guaranteeing equality for all people.
